The process of buying your dream home!

STEP ONE

Select your proffered home from the building plans.

STEP TWO

Make booking by paying the minimum required deposit of 20%

STEP THREE

Sale Agreement signing; our appointed lawyer A. A. Swaleh Advocate will liaise with your lawyer to handle the conveyance process.

STEP FOUR

Submit Mortgage Application to our preferred lender. Our sales team will be more than happy to assist you secure Mortgage Letter of Offer.

Cash buyers are required to issue post dated cheques to ensure that by the completion of construction they have fully paid their balance.

STEP FIVE

Construction and handover; Construction will take 18 months to completion & successful handover of the house and title to the prospective buyer.
